I keep hearing different opinions on push ads. Some people say they’re dead, others say they’re still super profitable if you know how to use them. I haven’t tested them yet, but I’m curious if they still bring good ROI in nutra.

This debate about whether push notifications will still function in 2025 struck me as really pertinent. When done correctly, alerts still produce results, even though many users are inundated with them these days, particularly when something significant or highly customized is at stake. For instance, push notifications about restocking sizes, limited-edition drops, or special deals frequently generate greater engagement than email for the custom apparel services I work with. However, timing, relevancy, and observing subscriber preferences all depend on context. Brand trust is increased by planned and considerate notifications; it is damaged by spam or irrelevant ones.
I don’t run campaigns, but I still get push notifications daily. Some are annoying, but once in a while one catches my attention, especially if it looks relevant. So yeah, I think they still have potential.
They’re definitely not dead, but you need the right approach. Push traffic is cheap, so it’s great for testing, but creatives have to be spot-on — catchy headlines, emojis, and urgency work best. I also checked trends via Nutra CPA Network, and there are still solid case studies showing push traffic can perform well in specific GEOs. My advice: start with small daily budgets and tweak creatives fast, don’t expect miracles from the first batch.
